1. Products, prices and availability<\/h2>\n

We sell our own food, drinks, bakery products and deli items. Product names, descriptions, available options and prices appear in the menu. Prices are in Vietnamese \u0111\u1ed3ng (VND). The checkout total shows the selected products, options, quantities, discounts and delivery charge before you submit the order. Product availability may change. We will contact you if an item is unavailable and will not substitute it or charge an additional amount without your agreement. Please contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or dietary requirement; removing an ingredient does not guarantee the absence of cross-contact. Menu prices include all applicable taxes; no additional VAT is added at checkout. The minimum order value is 100,000 VND after discounts, excluding delivery charges, for delivery and pickup.<\/p>\n

2. Review and submit your order<\/h2>\n

Add products to the cart, review or edit quantities and options, and enter your contact details. Select delivery or pickup and your payment method. Check the delivery address or requested pickup date and time, products, notes, discounts and total. Read the policies and tick the acceptance checkbox before selecting Place Order. You can return to the cart or edit your details before submitting. After submission, an order number and summary acknowledge receipt of your request; this acknowledgement alone does not confirm availability, payment or a pickup time. Our team may call to verify your phone number and confirm availability and the delivery or pickup arrangements. We will contact you if the request cannot be fulfilled. Registered customers can view their order history in My Account.<\/p>\n

3. Payment policy<\/h2>\n

Available payment methods are SePay bank transfer using the order-specific QR code and cash on delivery or collection where offered at checkout. For QR payments, check the beneficiary, exact amount and order reference shown on the payment page. Pay only the order amount using that reference. The order is marked paid after the system receives and matches the bank transaction; a screenshot alone is not proof that funds have been received. If you paid but the status has not updated, contact us with your order number and payment reference. Cash orders remain unpaid until cash is received. Card payment is not currently offered. BOTTEGA 26 will not ask for your bank password, PIN or one-time code.<\/p>\n

4. Delivery and pickup<\/h2>\n

Delivery is free for all customers, including guests, within the delivery area confirmed by the restaurant. Free delivery does not mean nationwide delivery. Service area: Nha Trang; addresses outside the service area must be agreed before an order is accepted. Estimated delivery time: 30\u201360 minutes after confirmation, subject to address, kitchen demand, weather and traffic. We will advise you of a material delay and agree an updated time or cancellation if we cannot fulfil the order. Pickup is available daily between 08:30 and 21:30, Vietnam time, at 26 T\u00f4 Hi\u1ebfn Th\u00e0nh. Your selected pickup date and time are requests until confirmed by telephone. Provide an accurate, reachable phone number and address and arrange to receive the food. If we cannot reach you or access the address, we will contact you to agree the next step; no additional fee will be charged without your prior agreement.<\/p>\n

5. Cancellation and changes<\/h2>\n

Contact us immediately by phone with your order number if you need to change or cancel. If preparation has not started, cancellation is free and any payment received will be refunded in full. Once food preparation has started, we may be unable to accept a change-of-mind cancellation; we will explain the preparation status and any amount involved before agreeing a solution. This does not limit your rights if the food is unsafe, incorrect, missing or not as described. If we cancel because we cannot fulfil the order, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.<\/p>\n

6. Inspection, complaints, exchanges and refunds<\/h2>\n

Check the products, quantity, packaging and visible condition when receiving your order. Do not consume food you suspect is unsafe. Contact +84 914 545 226 or bottega26nt@gmail.com with the order number, issue and available photographs; photographs help investigation but are not an absolute condition for considering a valid complaint. For freshly prepared food, please report problems as soon as possible, preferably within one hour of receipt, so that we can investigate promptly. This request does not remove statutory rights or exclude a problem discovered later. For an incorrect, missing, damaged, unsafe or materially misdescribed item attributable to us, we will offer an appropriate replacement, supply the missing item or refund the affected amount, as agreed with you. We cover any collection or redelivery costs caused by our error. Do not return perishable food without arranging safe collection with us. We do not offer change-of-mind returns for correctly supplied freshly prepared food; this does not exclude remedies for defective products. Packaged deli products remain subject to applicable quality, safety and expiry requirements.<\/p>\n

7. Complaint handling and refund timing<\/h2>\n

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within one working day and resolve it within three working days after receiving the information needed to assess it. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide an update. Approved refunds are initiated within 3\u20135 working days using the original payment route where supported, or a bank transfer agreed with the customer. Bank processing time may be additional. We do not require you to accept store credit instead of an agreed monetary refund. No separate commercial warranty is offered for perishable food; this does not limit legal rights. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, customers may contact the competent consumer protection authority or use other remedies available under Vietnamese law.<\/p>\n

8. Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

BOTTEGA 26 is responsible for providing accurate product and price information, handling orders as agreed, protecting customer information and addressing legitimate complaints. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details, checking the order before submission, paying using the selected method and handling food appropriately after receipt. Nothing in these policies excludes mandatory consumer rights under Vietnamese law.
