We make our Ham & Cheese Omelette with three eggs, ham and mozzarella, then serve it with mixed salad and homemade bread. Cut into the fold while the mozzarella is still warm. Eggs in Purgatory for a taste of our Italian kitchen
Two eggs, Mediterranean tomato sauce and homemade bread. Tear off a piece of bread, break into one of the eggs and scoop up a little yolk and tomato together. You get smoked bacon, two chicken sausages, sautéed spinach, roasted tomato, sliced bread and two eggs cooked the way you like them.
