1. Thông tin thu thập và mục đích
Khi đặt hàng, nhà hàng thu thập tên, số điện thoại và mã quốc gia, email, địa chỉ giao hoặc thanh toán, sản phẩm và lựa chọn, tổng tiền, trạng thái và mã tham chiếu thanh toán, yêu cầu nhận hàng và ghi chú do khách cung cấp. Tài khoản đăng ký lưu thông tin tài khoản và lịch sử đơn. Yêu cầu đặt bàn hoặc sự kiện chứa thông tin liên hệ và sự kiện do khách gửi. Thông tin được dùng để xác nhận và thực hiện yêu cầu, thanh toán, giao hàng, hỗ trợ, xử lý khiếu nại, phòng chống lạm dụng và lưu hồ sơ theo quy định. Không ghi giấy tờ tùy thân, mật khẩu ngân hàng hoặc thông tin nhạy cảm không cần thiết trong ghi chú.
2. Người và đơn vị tiếp nhận
Nhân viên được phân quyền sử dụng thông tin cần thiết để chuẩn bị và quản lý đơn. Nhân viên giao hàng nhận thông tin liên hệ và địa chỉ cần cho việc giao. Website sử dụng WordPress/WooCommerce trên dịch vụ lưu trữ WordPress.com. SePay và ngân hàng liên quan tham gia xử lý, đối soát thanh toán QR. Thông báo đơn gồm tên, điện thoại, địa chỉ giao, món và ghi chú được gửi tới nhóm Telegram riêng của nhân viên. Email nghiệp vụ cũng có thể chứa chi tiết đơn. Các nhà cung cấp có thể xử lý thông tin trên hệ thống ngoài Việt Nam theo thỏa thuận dịch vụ và chính sách bảo mật của họ. Khách có thể liên hệ để hỏi về nhà cung cấp tham gia xử lý yêu cầu của mình. Không công khai hoặc bán thông tin liên hệ khách hàng.
3. Tiếp thị, cookie và liên kết ngoài
Đồng ý nhận email tiếp thị là tự nguyện và tách biệt với đặt hàng. Từ chối tiếp thị không cản trở đặt hàng. Khách có thể rút đồng ý qua liên kết hủy đăng ký hoặc liên hệ nhà hàng. Cookie thiết yếu hỗ trợ giỏ hàng, đăng nhập, ngôn ngữ và thanh toán. Thống kê Jetpack tùy chọn giúp phân tích lượt truy cập và có thể xử lý địa chỉ IP, thông tin trình duyệt/thiết bị. Thư viện thống kê chỉ được tải sau khi khách chọn Cho phép thống kê. Khách có thể từ chối mà vẫn đặt hàng bình thường và thay đổi hoặc rút lựa chọn qua Quyền riêng tư và cookie ở cuối trang. Cookie lưu lựa chọn có thời hạn tối đa 180 ngày. Xử lý cần thiết cho lưu trữ website, phân phối nội dung và bảo mật vẫn hoạt động. Các tích hợp quảng cáo chưa được cấu hình cho chiến dịch; script theo dõi Reddit/Snapchat chưa sử dụng được chặn. Liên kết Google Maps, đánh giá, mạng xã hội và ứng dụng nhắn tin dẫn tới bên thứ ba với chính sách riêng. Chặn cookie thiết yếu trong trình duyệt có thể khiến giỏ hàng hoặc đăng nhập không hoạt động.
4. Thời gian lưu trữ
Thông tin khách và đơn phục vụ vận hành được lưu 24 tháng sau khi hoàn tất hoặc lần hỗ trợ cuối, trừ thời gian dài hơn cần cho kế toán, thuế, tranh chấp hoặc nghĩa vụ pháp luật khác. Dữ liệu tài khoản được lưu khi tài khoản hoạt động và xem xét khi có yêu cầu xóa. Nhà hàng rà soát các bản sao email nghiệp vụ và Telegram trong cùng quy trình lưu trữ. Việc xóa hoặc ẩn danh do người được phân quyền rà soát thực hiện, không phải tự động xóa ngay thời điểm đơn đạt 24 tháng. Dữ liệu không còn cần thiết được xóa hoặc ẩn danh theo nghĩa vụ lưu trữ áp dụng.
5. Quyền, yêu cầu và bảo mật
Liên hệ congtygastronomia@gmail.com để yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa, rút đồng ý, xóa hoặc thực hiện quyền khác theo luật. Nhà hàng có thể yêu cầu thông tin xác minh phù hợp để bảo đảm yêu cầu liên quan dữ liệu của chính khách. Xử lý trong thời hạn luật định và giải thích các giới hạn hoặc nghĩa vụ lưu trữ hợp pháp. Chỉ nhân sự và nhà cung cấp được phân quyền thực hiện mục đích đã nêu mới được truy cập. Nhà hàng áp dụng kiểm soát truy cập và kết nối website bảo mật; không hệ thống nào được bảo đảm an toàn tuyệt đối. Khách giữ bí mật tài khoản và báo hành vi sử dụng trái phép.

1. Information collected and purposes
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number and country code, email, delivery or billing address, ordered items and options, total, payment status and references, requested pickup arrangements and notes you submit. Registered accounts also retain account information and order history. Booking and event enquiries contain the contact and event details you provide. We use these details to fulfil and confirm requests, process payments, deliver food, provide support, handle complaints, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please do not put identity documents, bank passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in order notes.
2. Who receives the information
Authorised restaurant staff use the information needed to prepare and manage orders. Delivery personnel receive the contact and address details needed for delivery. The website uses WordPress/WooCommerce on WordPress.com hosting. Bank QR payment processing and matching involve SePay and the relevant bank. Order notifications containing customer name, phone, delivery address, items and notes are sent to a private staff Telegram group. Operational emails may also contain order details. These providers may process information on systems outside Vietnam under their own service arrangements and privacy policies. Contact us for information about the providers involved in your request. We do not publish customer contact details publicly or sell them.
3. Marketing, cookies and external links
Marketing email consent is optional and separate from placing an order. Declining marketing does not prevent an order. You can withdraw marketing consent through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Essential cookies support cart contents, login, language selection and checkout. Optional Jetpack statistics help us understand page visits and may process IP addresses and browser/device information. The statistics library is held back until you choose Allow statistics. You can refuse without affecting orders, and change or withdraw your choice using Privacy & cookies in the footer. The preference cookie lasts up to 180 days. Necessary hosting, content delivery and security processing remain in operation. Advertising integrations are not configured for campaigns and their unused Reddit/Snapchat tracking scripts are suppressed. Links to Google Maps, reviews, social networks and messaging services lead to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may prevent the cart or login from working.
4. Retention
Operational customer and order records are retained for 24 months after fulfilment or the last support interaction, unless a longer period is required for accounting, tax, dispute resolution or another legal obligation. Registered account data is retained while the account is active and reviewed when deletion is requested. The restaurant reviews operational email and Telegram copies as part of the same retention procedure. Deletion or anonymisation is handled through an authorised review process, not an immediate automatic deletion at the moment an order reaches 24 months. Records no longer needed are deleted or anonymised subject to applicable retention duties.
5. Rights, requests and security
Contact congtygastronomia@gmail.com to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion or other rights available under applicable law. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your own data. Requests will be handled within applicable legal timeframes, and we will explain any lawful retention or other limitation. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers performing the stated tasks. We use access controls and secure website connections; no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should keep account credentials private and report suspected misuse.
